🔄 Return & Refund Policy – MENARD Thailand

General Policy

  • We accept returns within 14 days from the date of receipt.

  • Only products in unopened, unused, and original packaging will be eligible for return.

  • No exceptions will be made once the product has been opened or used, in accordance with standard hygiene and cosmetic retail policies.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We strongly encourage customers to record a video of the unboxing process as proof in case of shipping damage.

  • Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products.

  • Items not in their original condition, packaging, or missing parts.

  • Products purchased from third-party resellers or unauthorized distributors.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of delivery damage or incorrect shipment.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at [insert email/phone] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Provide photos (and if available, an unboxing video) as supporting evidence.

  3. Once approved, ship the product back to us in its original condition and packaging.

เงื่อนไขทั่วไป

  • ลูกค้าสามารถขอคืนสินค้าได้ภายใน 14 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า

  • สินค้าที่สามารถคืนได้ต้องอยู่ในสภาพ ไม่ถูกเปิดใช้งาน ไม่ชำรุด และบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิมครบถ้วน

  • ไม่สามารถคืนได้ทุกกรณี หากสินค้าได้ถูกเปิดใช้งานแล้ว ทั้งนี้เพื่อรักษามาตรฐานด้านสุขอนามัยของสินค้าเครื่องสำอาง

สินค้าเสียหายหรือได้รับไม่ถูกต้อง

  • หากสินค้าได้รับความเสียหายหรือผิดจากที่สั่ง กรุณาแจ้งภายใน 48 ชั่วโมง หลังจากได้รับสินค้า

  • แนะนำให้ลูกค้าทำการ ถ่ายวิดีโอขณะเปิดกล่องสินค้า (Unboxing) เพื่อใช้เป็นหลักฐานในกรณีที่สินค้ามีความเสียหายจากการจัดส่ง

  • เมื่อมีการตรวจสอบแล้ว บริษัทจะดำเนินการเปลี่ยนหรือคืนเงินโดยไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม

สินค้าที่ไม่สามารถคืนได้

  • สินค้าที่ถูกเปิดหรือใช้งานแล้ว

  • สินค้าที่ไม่อยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ บรรจุภัณฑ์ไม่ครบ หรือมีชิ้นส่วนหายไป

  • สินค้าที่ไม่ได้ซื้อจากช่องทางทางการของ MENARD Thailand หรือผู้จัดจำหน่ายที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

การคืนเงิน

  • หากได้รับอนุมัติ การคืนเงินจะถูกโอนกลับไปยังช่องทางการชำระเงินเดิม ภายใน 7–14 วันทำการ หลังจากบริษัทได้รับและตรวจสอบสินค้าเรียบร้อยแล้ว

  • ค่าจัดส่ง ไม่สามารถคืนได้ ยกเว้นในกรณีสินค้าชำรุดจากการขนส่งหรือได้รับสินค้าไม่ถูกต้อง

ขั้นตอนการคืนสินค้า

  1. ติดต่อฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าที่ [ใส่อีเมล/เบอร์โทร] พร้อมระบุเลขที่คำสั่งซื้อและเหตุผลในการคืนสินค้า

  2. ส่งรูปถ่าย หรือวิดีโอ unboxing เป็นหลักฐานประกอบ (ถ้ามี)

  3. เมื่อได้รับการอนุมัติ กรุณาจัดส่งสินค้ากลับมาในสภาพ สมบูรณ์และบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิม

  4. เมื่อบริษัทตรวจสอบแล้วจะดำเนินการคืนเงินหรือเปลี่ยนสินค้าให้
