📦 Shipping Policy – MENARD Thailand

Domestic Shipping (Thailand)

  • Free shipping on all orders over ฿3,500.

  • Orders below ฿3,500 will be charged a standard shipping fee, calculated at checkout.

  • We deliver nationwide across Thailand. Please allow 2–5 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

International Shipping

  • International shipping fees will apply and are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

  • Delivery times vary by country (estimated 7–21 business days).

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

การจัดส่งภายในประเทศ (ประเทศไทย)

  • จัดส่งฟรีสำหรับทุกออเดอร์ที่มียอดสั่งซื้อ ตั้งแต่ 3,500 บาทขึ้นไป

  • ออเดอร์ที่มียอดสั่งซื้อต่ำกว่า 3,500 บาท จะมีการคิดค่าจัดส่งตามจริง ซึ่งจะแสดงที่หน้าชำระเงิน

  • จัดส่งได้ทั่วประเทศไทย ใช้เวลาประมาณ 2–5 วันทำการ (ขึ้นอยู่กับพื้นที่)

การจัดส่งระหว่างประเทศ

  • การจัดส่งระหว่างประเทศจะมีค่าบริการตามปลายทางและน้ำหนักสินค้า โดยระบบจะแสดงค่าจัดส่งที่หน้าชำระเงิน

  • ระยะเวลาการจัดส่งขึ้นอยู่กับแต่ละประเทศ ประมาณ 7–21 วันทำการ

  • ค่าภาษีอากรนำเข้า หรือค่าธรรมเนียมใด ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นจากกฎหมายศุลกากรของประเทศปลายทาง เป็นความรับผิดชอบของลูกค้า

การดำเนินการคำสั่งซื้อ

  • บริษัทจะดำเนินการจัดเตรียมสินค้าและจัดส่งภายใน 1–2 วันทำการ หลังจากได้รับการยืนยันการชำระเงิน
