เว็บไซต์ Menard Thailand ดำเนินการโดย บริษัท ลักซ์ซิคอน บิวเต้ จำกัด (Luxicon Beauté Co., Ltd.) ซึ่งเป็น ผู้จัดจำหน่ายอย่างเป็นทางการเพียงรายเดียว (Sole Official Distributor) ของผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องสำอาง Menard ภายใต้บริษัท Nippon Menard Cosmetic Co., Ltd. ประเทศญี่ปุ่น ในประเทศไทย
การเข้าถึงเว็บไซต์ การสั่งซื้อ และการใช้บริการของคุณ ถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขเหล่านี้ทั้งหมด
ส่วนที่ 1 - อายุและบัญชีผู้ใช้
ผู้ใช้บริการต้องมีอายุอย่างน้อย 18 ปี หรือบรรลุนิติภาวะตามกฎหมายไทย
ลูกค้าต้องรักษาความลับของบัญชีผู้ใช้และรหัสผ่านของตนเอง
ห้ามโอนสิทธิ์บัญชีผู้ใช้ให้ผู้อื่นโดยเด็ดขาด
ส่วนที่ 2 - ผลิตภัณฑ์
ผลิตภัณฑ์ทั้งหมดเป็น สินค้าของแท้ 100% จาก Nippon Menard Japan
เราไม่รับประกันว่าสีหรือรูปลักษณ์จะตรงกับหน้าจอของลูกค้า เนื่องจากการตั้งค่าอุปกรณ์
ผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องสำอางถือเป็นสินค้าส่วนบุคคล ไม่สามารถคืนได้หากมีการเปิดใช้งาน
ส่วนที่ 3 - คำสั่งซื้อ
การสั่งซื้อถือเป็นข้อเสนอการซื้อ และจะเสร็จสมบูรณ์เมื่อได้รับการยืนยันจาก Menard Thailand
บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธหรือยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อ หากพบการสั่งซื้อเพื่อการค้า/ขายต่อโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
ส่วนที่ 4 - ราคาและการชำระเงิน
ราคาที่แสดงบนเว็บไซต์ รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (VAT) แล้ว
ราคาสามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงได้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า
ลูกค้ารับรองว่าข้อมูลการชำระเงินถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และได้รับอนุญาตให้ใช้
ส่วนที่ 5A – การให้คำปรึกษาและการสั่งซื้อออนไลน์ (Digital Concierge Policy)
เว็บไซต์ Menard Thailand มีระบบตะกร้าสินค้าและชำระเงินออนไลน์ เพื่อความสะดวกของลูกค้าเท่านั้น
ทุกคำสั่งซื้อจะได้รับคำแนะนำจากที่ปรึกษาความงามของเมนาร์ด ผ่านช่องทางการสื่อสารแบบบุคคลต่อบุคคล (one-to-one communication) เช่น แชทสดทางเว็บไซต์, โทรศัพท์, LINE, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp หรือช่องทางอื่นที่ลูกค้าเลือกใช้ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เลือกเหมาะสมกับสภาพผิวและความต้องการของลูกค้า
ลูกค้าสามารถเลือกที่จะไม่เข้ารับคำปรึกษา (opt-out) ได้ หากต้องการดำเนินการสั่งซื้อโดยไม่ผ่านการสนทนา ทั้งนี้ บริษัทจะถือว่าลูกค้ายินยอมดำเนินการสั่งซื้อโดยไม่รับคำแนะนำจากที่ปรึกษาความงาม
บริษัทฯ ไม่มีการจัดจำหน่ายออนไลน์ในเชิงพาณิชย์โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตจากผู้ผลิต และยังคงยึดมั่นในหลักการบริการแบบให้คำปรึกษาเฉพาะบุคคล ตามมาตรฐานของแบรนด์ Menard ประเทศญี่ปุ่น
ส่วนที่ 5 - การจัดส่ง
จัดส่งฟรีภายในประเทศไทยเมื่อสั่งซื้อ 3,500 บาทขึ้นไป
การจัดส่งระหว่างประเทศคิดค่าบริการเพิ่ม ลูกค้ารับผิดชอบค่าภาษีและอากรนำเข้า
ระยะเวลาจัดส่งเป็นการประมาณการเท่านั้น และอาจล่าช้าเนื่องจากผู้ขนส่งหรือศุลกากร
ความเสี่ยงในการสูญหายหรือความเสียหายโอนสู่ลูกค้าเมื่อส่งมอบสินค้าแก่ผู้ขนส่ง
ส่วนที่ 6 - การคืนสินค้าและคืนเงิน
คืนสินค้าได้ภายใน 14 วัน เฉพาะสินค้าที่ ยังไม่เปิดใช้และบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิมครบถ้วน
ไม่รับคืนสินค้าที่เปิดใช้แล้วทุกกรณี เว้นแต่สินค้าเสียหายจากการขนส่ง (ต้องมีวิดีโอ/ภาพหลักฐาน unboxing)
การคืนเงินดำเนินการภายใน 7–14 วันทำการ หลังตรวจสอบสินค้า
ส่วนที่ 7 - ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
เนื้อหา โลโก้ รูปภาพ และเครื่องหมายการค้าทั้งหมดเป็นทรัพย์สินของ Menard Thailand / Luxicon Beauté Co., Ltd.
ห้ามทำซ้ำ คัดลอก ดัดแปลง หรือใช้เพื่อการค้าโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร
ส่วนที่ 8 - ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด
ผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการให้ “ตามที่เป็น” (as is) โดยไม่มีการรับประกันผลลัพธ์เฉพาะบุคคล
ไม่รับผิดชอบต่ออาการแพ้หรือปฏิกิริยาผิว ซึ่งแตกต่างกันตามแต่ละบุคคล
ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความล่าช้าในการจัดส่งที่เกิดจากผู้ให้บริการขนส่ง ศุลกากร หรือเหตุสุดวิสัย
ส่วนที่ 9 - กฎหมายและข้อพิพาท
ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้ กฎหมายไทย
หากเกิดข้อพิพาท ให้อยู่ในเขตอำนาจของ ศาลกรุงเทพมหานคร

The Menard Thailand website is operated by Luxicon Beauté Co., Ltd., the sole official distributor of Menard cosmetic products from Nippon Menard Cosmetic Co., Ltd., Japan in Thailand.
By accessing our website, making a purchase, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Section 1 – Eligibility & User Accounts
Customers must be at least 18 years old or of legal age under Thai law.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared.
Section 2 – Products
All products are 100% authentic from Nippon Menard Japan.
Product appearance may vary slightly due to device settings.
Cosmetics are personal-use items and cannot be returned once opened.
Section 3 – Orders
An order constitutes an offer to purchase and is only confirmed upon acceptance by Menard Thailand.
Luxicon Beauté reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of resale or unauthorized commercial use.
Section 4 – Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on this website are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax).
Prices may change without prior notice.
You warrant that all payment information provided is true, complete, and authorized for use.
Section 5A – Digital Concierge & Online Consultation Policy
The Menard Thailand website offers an online basket and payment function for customer convenience only.
Each purchase includes personalized consultation with a Menard beauty advisor through one-to-one communication via live chat on the website, phone call, LINE, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, or any other platform chosen by the customer.
This ensures that product selection suits the customer’s skin condition and personal needs.
Customers may choose to opt out of the consultation if they prefer to proceed with their purchase without advisor interaction, and such orders will be processed as customer-direct purchases.
Menard Thailand does not engage in commercial online sales without manufacturer authorization.
All transactions adhere to Menard Japan’s philosophy of personalized consultation and beauty guidance.
Section 5 – Shipping
Free domestic shipping within Thailand for orders over THB 3,500.
International shipping fees apply, and customers are responsible for duties and import taxes.
Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed by carriers or customs.
Risk of loss passes to the customer once goods are handed to the carrier.
Section 6 – Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days only for unopened items in their original packaging.
Opened or used cosmetics are strictly non-returnable, except for items damaged in transit (with photo/video proof of unboxing).
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after inspection.
Section 7 – Intellectual Property
All content, logos, images, and trademarks are the property of Menard Thailand / Luxicon Beauté Co., Ltd.
No reproduction, modification, or commercial use is permitted without written authorization.
Section 8 – Limitation of Liability
Products are provided “as is,” without any guarantees of specific results.
Menard Thailand is not liable for allergic reactions, as skin sensitivities vary individually.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure events.
Section 9 – Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by Thai law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
